Orlando, but no Disney....

Last week i had a business trip i had to take for training in Orlando, FL. Might sound like a great time, but being in my first tri-mester has been a royal pain sometimes with all the nausea and light headed spells i've been having. The flight there wasn't too bad. I thought being crammed in a plan with a ton of strangers for a 2 hour trip was going to kill me, especially since i'm having a hard time feeling like i'm getting enough air when i breathe. Luckily, i wasn't squished in a row with 3 of us (all seats filled). Sometimes i feel like i could be claustrophobic, but this flight went well.

Arrived in Orlando, but i was very homesick the first day or so and it felt like a week was going to be a month. I called JD a few times a day and because i wasn't feeling well enough to explore while i was in FL, i just grabbed something from the hotel restaurant and took it back to my room each day.

The hotel i stayed at was the Sheraton Safari...nice hotel with a great outdoor feel. The pool was the main atrraction. Here are some of the views from my balcony outside my room.

The weather was alway beautiful and sunny with one day of humidity. 70 degrees, but not quite sure how the weather was warm enough for people to enjoy the pool, but they did.

Here are a few photos from the plan on the way to FL as we passed over the coast.

By the time the week had ended i was thoroughly ready to be home. There's no place like home!
